New Garmin Radios, GTR 205 Com and the GNC 215 Nav/Com

As some of you probably have already seen, Garmin has introduced two new devices. They are the GTR 205 Comm, and the GNC 215 Nav/Comm radios. These new devices have replaced the GTR 205 and the GNC 255 radios.

As you may expect the provisioning of equipment is done months in advance. If you had ordered any of the discontinued Garmin equipment, and are approx. 3 months, or less, from your scheduled shipment date, please know that equipment is already on hand and designated for your airplane. If you have ordered any of the discontinued equipment, and are more than 3 months from your shipment date you should expect to be automatically changed to the new equipment. Nothing is required of you or your dealer, the changes will be made internally and automatically. According to Garmin, pricing remains the same.
